Refund Policy

We are committed to providing exceptional service. However, due to the nature of our consulting work, our refund policy is strictly structured.

Consulting Services

Because our services (Resume Reviews, Executive Career Accelerator) require significant upfront time investment by our consultants to analyze your career history before a consultation even begins, we do not offer refunds once the engagement has commenced.

An engagement is considered commenced when you have uploaded your initial documents to the client portal or attended a scheduled consultation session, whichever occurs first.

Cancellations

If you purchase a service in error, you must request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet uploaded any documents to the portal or scheduled a session. Approved cancellations will be refunded minus a 5% payment processing fee.
